Plus points: A lot of spec for a small car with alloys, ABS and air con as standard. I didn’t buy it new but it was a bargain price second hand. It’s been really cheap to own and insure and copes well around town and motorways. Economy has been fantastic and reliability second to none, which is something i can’t say about the Saxo i put in part exchange for it.

Minus Points: The key fob is a little awkward to use. It keeps going off in my pocket and on occasions unlocks the car. Also full sized spare wheel would be welcome.

Your Review: Have had no trouble with this little car at all. Despite a few niggles with the key fob it’s been a pleasure to own. Minor things like a full spare wheel, although i can understand space is of a premium, haven’t put me off and i’d highly recommend a Picanto to anybody looking for a well equipped car that’s cheap to own and run.
